- Brian Coventry Review added: 2018.08.28★ ★ ★ ★ ★As I type this recommendation my abs are reminding me of yesterday’s PT session with Nicola which I refer to as good pain. As an Open Water Swimmer targeting a solo attempt across the English Channel I need a trainer to build strength and conditioning to compliment my OW training. Nicola has a great command of what I need to do and provides variety in the training sessions that make them interesting rather than same repetitive routine that becomes boring. I’m confident that whatever your goals are Nicola will design a program that fits.
- Mark Birch Review added: 2018.08.01★ ★ ★ ★ ★Starting training with Nic @ Shaw to succeed a few months ago as I lost weight and wanted to tone up I met Nic at her home gym and talked about my individual needs Nic made me feel at ease from the first session to this week's session there always different and enjoyable Nic gets the best out of you if it's extra few seconds on holding the plank or extra push up Nic is not like a Sargent major but you know she's the boss Nic is genuinely nice person and flexible with times if your looking for a personal trainer look no further this lady is awesome
